It was about 3 months ago when I saw her I was in tears b/c of the pain in my right hip and the pins and needles feeling all the way down the same leg. She the told me how Dr.Schmitt had fixed her husband's shoulder and I should try it. I had been telling my GP about the pain. Medicine prescribed to help with symptoms but nothing to really address the issues. I was to the point of having to use the wall to stand straight when I got out of bed. So I went to see Dr.Schmitt I told him what was going on he then xrayed the area and showed me what was going on to my astonishment!! He said he could fix it! After seeing him and his wonderful team for about a month the pain was gone!! Now I know everyone is different but for me when anything like that goes on with me again I will be calling Dr.Schmitt and his crew! Because I know now I don't have to live in constant pain and popping pills that don't cure anything!! I usually think they are total snake oil salesmen. I was hesitant to go to see Dr Mike when he was recommended to me through research I did. I am so glad I gave him a chance. He actively listens to your concerns, takes time to form a plan and advocates for his patients. He isn't just handing out cookie cutter crack and pop adjustments and peddling supplements. He is genuinely invested in making his patients better with no bs. If something isn't working he takes it as a puzzle to be solved and works with you to figure it out. I have a Chiari malformation, normal chiropractors have dismissed it and caused me serious pain. Dr Mike is very well versed in neurological issues such as this and doesn't get cavalier. The work he has done with me has immensely helped with my range of motion as well as chronic migraine all related back to my Chiari. The other part of Axis Chiropractic that is equally as awesome is the support staff. Those ladies absolutely take each and every patient under their wing and get to know them.
